That reminds me, I was thinking about how Meg's ended up a baby... I'll bet she didn't adjust the age thingy from 0 to whatever. Otherwise I dunno how she'd get that!

Maybe that was it!  I ran the meme about sixteen times - I bet I forgot to move the age thingy more than once.

I can't get it to accept any of my photos today, though, so I'm stuck with the baby for now.

I didn't see an option to adjust skin tone. 

You can't adjust skin tone on its own; it's from choosing the character type - on the same 'page' as age/gender, etc.

Other than that, it's totally you.

Hmmm. Maybe I will give it another go. It's not like I don't have time to kill sitting here with my evil inflammed ankle.
