Spousal Visa Question...
« on: July 18, 2007, 07:13:29 AM »
Just out of curiosity....

If youre married are you not aloud to have flatmates? say i move to be with my wife who lives with other people, is that not aloud?

How do I qualify to join my husband, wife or civil partner in the UK?
You must show that:

    * you have suitable accommodation, which is owned or lived in only by you and your household, and where you and your dependants can live without any help from public funds

living in shared accomodation is okay as long as you guys have your own room at least...you also need to provide a letter from the landlord saying that you're allowed to live there.
Now a triple citizen!

Student visa 9/06-->Int'l Grad Scheme 1/08-->FLR(M) 7/08-->ILR 6/10-->British citizenship 12/12
