Ever been stuck on a runway?

Anyone who travels frequently can relate to this. Scroll down to the July 11 entry. Video of a man's experience with Delta Airlines.

PS: The rest of the blog is pretty funny too.  ;D

And I was annoyed that it took us an hour from push back to take off on my last flight! I don't know how those passengers were able to keep it together.

I don't either! My worst experiences have been 3 and 4 hours. Once at LAX with AirFrance and once at JFK with Delta. But 7! I love that he Youtubed it.

What allways infuriates me is there seems to be no recourse to complain. All of the passangers should have gotten their money back, especially since the company refused to feed them. But everyone is just so grateful to get where they want to go, the airline seems to be able to do as it pleases.

That video gave me the rage.

I got stuck on the runway at Chicago O'Hare for 3 hours once. We left the gate on time, but had to go back to sort out a problem with the hold. As a result, we lost our take-off slot and had to wait in line on the runway.

As a result, I spent about 13 hours on the plane (it was an overnight flight to Heathrow)!!

Ohohohohohooooooooooooooooooo...that's unreal.  I would have cracked.  Heck, I cracked when we were stuck on the runway for 2 hours.

I can't believe they didn't have a revolt on their hands. Did no one give them stick? I would have and no doubt I would have been arrested. That got me enraged just watching that.

It's a despicable how the airlines get away with murder since 9/11.

Good site, thanks.
Still tired of coteries and bans. But hanging about anyway.

I had to crack up at his little comments between 'scenes'. I think at least this passenger took it quite well.
It was a small, crowded plane with babies and kids. Im also surprised there wasn't some sort of revolt. I mean there are laws that protect animals from  being cooped up in a small space without food but not people? Something seriously wrong there.
