dig this yummy dinner i threw together last night:
boiled up a small saucepan of lentils, then quickly sauted them in olive oil with two handfuls of fresh spinach, five crushed cloves of garlic, and a small can of chopped tomatoes.
served it up over some al dente linguine, and it was goooooooooooooooooooood!!!!!!
fast, fresh & healthy and totally made me feel not guilty about the gregg's apple danish i had afterwards!
