Lots of exciting countdowns on this thread...congrats everyone :)

I can say that I officially join this countdown now...I booked my flight last night
for Nov. to interview for jobs, scout out places to live and meet my honey in real life for the first time..I'm sooo excited and a little nervous. I'll arrive Nov. 2 but won't be moving until probably later Dec. ;D

Thanks Dar!  :) did you figure out how you are going to ship all of your stuff? I need to start planning all of that..I've just been doing it one step at a time so I don't overwhelm myself. I'm so glad everything came together for you. You should be getting settled by the time I actually do move in Dec/Jan so I'll probably be picking your brain on the best way to do things! :)

Feel free to!  I will be a source of great info for a few months until I black it all out!  ;) :P  I am used UPakWeShip to ship my stuff.  $400 for 40 cu ft (not shipping any furniture).
