The roses took the best part of an afternoon! I took an eight-week sugarcraft class a few months ago, and that's where I learned how to do it. It's fiddly, but if you have the right tools and a lot of patience, it's not that difficult.

Looks fantastic!  Wish I was allowed to eat cake  :(  I have about a kazillion food allergies/intolerances and pretty much every ingredient in cake is on my list. 

Looking at that cake makes my mouth water!  Great flowers too Chary!
