Jam, ice cream, pie, pavlova, eat them as is with cream & sugar, raspberry fool, coulis for other ice cream, etc.

So many choices!  ;D

(You could do that yummy looking mixed berry tart from the cover of delicious - but with all raspberries!)

cook 'em, strain 'em, freeze in small ice cube trays for raspberry sauce.

freeze them whole.

freeform tart.

Send me some!  ;D

Seriously, I'm not sure what to do with that many raspberries, as I've never been so lucky as to have that problem. Raspberry muffins are yummy. But I think I'd be tempted to make a raspberry sorbet, or look for a gorgeous cake or tart recipe.

I picked them (and have the scars to show for it!) for a specific cake but I need cheesecloth and I can't bloody find any around here.  I can't drive because my license is expired and I'd hate for the raspberries to go bad!  They have already been in the fridge since Saturday afternoon.

It's called muslin here. Does that help?

Yeah, I know but I can't find it!  I'd go to Lakeland where I KNOW they have it but I can't drive :/

you need the cheesecloth to sieve the raspberries?

can you take a papertowel and line a colender or fine sieve?

That would probably work!

Coffee filters in a mesh strainer will work as well.  Just pre-strain the berries through the mesh strainer first - it should speed things up.

Now we're thinking!  I bet that would be perfect.

I tried coffee filters once, but none of the raspberry juice went through!  :(
