Home contents insurance ? Mobile phone cover?

I am currently renting and need to get some household contents insurance.  Who has good cheap cover?

 I am also interested in finding out about adding coverage for my cellphone.  I figure it has to be cheaper than going with the mobile phone company.  Anyone ever do this?

I have churchills. I pay a lil over £200 a year with no excess. They are the only company Ive found that offers the excess waiver.

Im not sure about mobile cover though, I have it through my provider

i'd use an insurance supermarket to scan the market for you.  you can then go to the specific company's website to order.

i pay £226/yr for 3 bedroom.  but that's contents & building insurance.   £100 excess.
