Try anywhere that sells picnic stuff, Woolworths or Tesco or Wilko spring to mind.

We have a couple high street party shops. Not sure if they had flutes, though, as I wasn't looking.
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

Do you want nice ones or super disposable ones? John Lewis carries loads of outdoor safe plates, glasses, etc. And Sainsburys have had a few things in their outdoorsy/BBQ/summer stuff aisle. Check the yellow pages for party stores - you might be surprised. I've got one across from work, one in the next village over from home, and one on my route into work.

Modified to add: sometimes larger card shops have party supply sections too.
