What are you crossing your fingers for or most looking forward to?

It seems that a lot of people are hoping for good news these days. What do you need a bit of good luck for?

Myself, I'm crossing my fingers for positive reviews on a paper.

Crossing my fingers to snag a job in the school that I want....may have to wait a bit though

Crossing my fingers that we get good news about a certain house that might be in our future!

Crossing my fingers (and toes!) that Matt gets a job soon after arriving in the US so we don't have to live with my parents for too long!  Wish us luck!

That my train and flights are all on time tomorrow - and that I make it home without falling asleep at the wheel! 

I'm crossing my fingers that I can find my first job in publishing soon!  (It's not going so well yet )

Oh, Elynor, you shouldn't have gotten me started....here goes!

-Neighbors buy my condo
-Other neighbor buys my car
-Either land a job before I leave or my boss agrees to my proposal to work remotely from the UK and that way, the move is better financed (just knowing income is on the way)
-That all mentioned above falls into place so we don't have to live with DH's mum for too long.

That this removal company quote is decent.

That my test results come back from the lab normal.

Selling my house in the States. It's the one thing that might gum us up badly this year.

Anybody want to buy a crappy house in a bad neighborhood in Providence? It's a bargain!

to be pregnant with number 2. trying to hold off till the weekend to test as im already late....

That my job decides to release me before my one month period is up.

That we can figure out how to make the spousal visa application work....not looking so good right now.  :\\\'(

I'm crossing my fingers that I get issued my US student visa in the next couple of months and also that I can still get a cheap flight out there when I get the visa.

Crossing my fingers that DH gets the big tiling job he bid for - it would be the breakthrough job to get him fully set up in  business and he'd get to buy the big shiny rubi tool that he dreams about!
