orange ones- icky.

blackcurrent ones- divine.

If you harbour bitterness, happiness will dock elsewhere.

The lime ones are gross, too!

Best to stick with the original :).

Yup, Jaffa Cakes abound!  Although I've never seen any of the fun flavors, just orange.  Hmm... may have to pick some up tomorrow....

are they quite new-ish in the US?
I always bring Jaffa Cakes over for my family when i visit, and they'd never seen them before.

I think Jaffa Cakes in the US may be regional- I'd never seen them in Texas or NC  so maybe they haven't made it down to the south yet?

I've only had the orange ones but I love them.  I can only buy them in small amounts otherwise I'll eat the whole box in one go, yikes!

Ah.. mom & dad are in Texas, so that might explain it!

Dont worry about eating the whole box in one go... they're only 1 gram of fat per cake!  :)

They aren't in the regular section, usually in the international food section of stores I have been in.  They have had them for at least 7 years, but it they aren't next to the Oreos, I had to do some hunting.  Also, oddly enough, they are Jacob's (as in the cream crackers) which I haven't even seen sold over here.  They taste ok though and they had ginger nuts, rich tea, and some others too.

I've made my brother in law a total jaffa cake fantatic. Muwahahahahaha. They shall rule the world, one person at a time.

Edited to say: The M&S ones are the best, though. You get the orange goo all over the cake. So niiiiiice.

Me too! And they're not at all the sort of thing that I usually eat or like.

I've hooked my parents, too! *evil grin*

Mmmmm, sounds like I'll have to try M&S's. Thanks (I think...) for the tip!
