no real advice as I took my test back in 91. I think things have changed a little since then but the usual basics apply, keep calm, deep breaths and concentrate at what the examiner says to you at the time. Don't be afriad to talk to the examiner and only mention beforehand you're a little nervous and will try to relax during the test. Examiners know people are nervous etc and do make allowance. I made 3 mistakes on my test, 1 non fault, and 1 becuase i forgot to indicate but was in the correct land and 1 where I was at about 36 mph instead of 33 max - I passed it was my first time and i made a couple stupid errors on the then non failable part ofthe test - the highway code section.
