hi Trish,

I just recently changed from fiancee to spouse visa myself. I used my married name on the FLR(M) application, but they issued my visa in my maiden name (to match my passport, presumably). The letter they gave me explaining the terms of my visa was in my married name. So I don't think it matters which name you use, as they will use what suits them anyways :)

Ok, so I'm smug.

I used the name that was on my passport, and made sure that I put all other names I was known by.
