Found: Sun Chips!!
« on: September 19, 2007, 07:09:33 PM »
I used to like them at university and when I walked into Tescos today, they had them.  Only they are called SunBites here.  The Onion and Rosemary flavor are the same as the Frech Onion.  They had regular, but no cheddar.

They are crisps made of whole grains.  I suppose they could be healthy, but probably not.  But they are tasty.

I think so. I don't think there's any potato in them.

I think they more like a crisp they are just baked.

They are kind of like a wheat thin, but thinner and with ridges and more salty.

Yuck!!

;)
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

I'm not really a fan either. They are actually lower in saturated fat than ordinary crisps but, for some reason, they just feel really greasy to me.

There is a sour cream & black peper flavour that tasted surprisingly like the harvest cheddar of back home. i was so excited when I saw them at Tesco as well :D
I'm thinking about getting metal legs. It's a risky operation, but it'll be worth it.
