Work Confusion

I am wondering, with my 2 year marriage visa, do I need to also get a work permit to work? Or is the visa enough?

I currently have a job, but unfortunately it is not in the UK and I'm paid in USD. I am just wondering in case I need to increase my income.

Your spouse visa allows you to work :)
