That's not very nice! At least you could give her a couple of links.

Quite honestly, Britwife, I figured there was very little point.  This has already got over 10 responses - and will go to 5 pages eventually, no doubt...

Sorry - there are a few things that just irk me - and "Where's real peanut butter" is a major one.

Along with complaints about lack of mixer taps and bathroom lights/sockets.

I do honestly wish there were a way to block threads with certain words in their titles!  ;)

But then you would have missed the one about peanut butter & jelly!  ;D

Should I start a thread called "Nutella > Peanutbutter"?  ;D

There is! Don't click on them. ;) Which of course won't work if the very existence of the thread bothers you. That would probably require therapy.

I have always liked Skippy, and i've always liked Sunpat.  If the shop didn't have Skippy, i'd buy the Sunpat, and didn't really notice much difference.

Today i did a side-by-side taste test with Skippy & Sunpat... and actually i preferred the Sunpat!  I thought it had a lot more flavour; tasted more of peanuts!  Im kind of surprised about that because i assumed I'd favour the Skippy.

By the way I noticed Tesco has a US peanut butter now. I forget the brand name, not Skippy or Jiffy, something else. It has a blue and white label.

It's not too bad, but it does separate and needs a lot of stirring to mix it all back together, but it's just peanuts and salt.  They have one with honey mixed in, but I haven't tried it.

Oh Peanut Butter & Co Peanut Butter is really good!  The chocolate one is like heaven... and the cinnamon raisin swirl is really yummy too...Not sure if you can get those flavors in the UK though.

I bought some powdered peanut butter today:

I know it sounds weird but I bought it because I drink chocolate protein shakes for breakfast every morning and thought it would make a nice change to add some peanut butter in it and this powdered peanut butter is perfect for that and low in fat and calories too. :)
