Delia's soups
« on: October 16, 2007, 11:52:40 AM »
All I can say is YUM!!!  ;D  I love this weather and I'm getting so excited to start making the soups in my Delia winter cookbook!  Roasted pumpkin with melting cheese is absolutely divine!  And I love the Tuscan bean soup with frizzled shallots and pancetta!

I'm making myself hungry!  ;D

I'm on the prowl for a good soup cookbook.  So, Delia's would be a good one,eh?

My potato & leek soup is from Delia.  Never altered and always perfect.
Insert wonderfully creative signature here …

The one that I have is her Winter cookbook - so it has a section for soups, but then does roast dinners, etc.  I think she does have a book dedicated only to soups.  Judging by the small selection in my book, I would definitely say the Delia soup book would be a good one!  ;)
