Yeppers Game one is being shown live on UK telly on channel 5....
coverage starts at 1am thursday morning as game starts at 8pm wed Massachusetts time.
So RED SOX SUPPORTERS .... watch the game..

I'll be up with ya!  I have the MLB internet package so I can watch any game during the season either live or later via their archive.  I usually watch one Sox game a week as any more is too tiring but playoffs I make the sacrifice.

Took a nap this evening so I could stay up for the game - I'll be watching on NASN rather than five, as they broadcast the native coverage.  It's been great the last couple of weeks pretending that I'm at home watching the games on Fox25. 

Well all good intentions.. I managed to see the first 1 and half innings lol . then crashed out.. Thank god for sky plus. lol

I am still here in Massachusetts so I can watch the game local time. I felt sorry for Colorado about the 4th because it was obvious we were going to cream them. Unless they start to play the game it could be a sweep!

I know!  I was ecstatic with Beckett's first inning and Pedroia's leadoff homer, breathed a sigh of relief when we went up 4-1 - and then quickly became embarrassed for the Rockies.  

REALLY wish I could be back at the White Horse in Allston watching the game tonight!

It's crazy here right now, although still nothing can compare to how it was a few years ago.

All the local news stations are giving tips on how to deal with sleep deprivation. We're being allowed to have a little less time at work for people to rest from watching the games at night!

On the radio they keep playing that "Dirty Water" song. I'm getting tired of it but it's so much better than "Cowboy Up!!!!" I HATED that saying a few year's ago!

I'm not really a baseball fan (Yes, I realize it's blasphemy here in MA), more of a football fan, but I do tune into the  game for a bit. That was a creaming last night! It was almost like watching the Pats vs. Dolphins on Sunday.  I'm going to have to get DB a Sox shirt.

They might suck now (just like the Miami Dolphins), but I've always liked the Baltimore Orioles (especially in the Ripken days).

At the Red Sox rally this week they played "I'm Shipping Out to Boston" by the Dropkick Murphys. It's also been all over the radio, but DB said he hadn't heard it, so I played it for him last night and I think he's now in love with Dropkick Murphy.

I miss my condo in the South End, walking distance to Fenway!  I moved over here in '03 so I wasn't in Boston for the 04 season and still regret it!

Sorry, out of principle (because the Red Socks knocked the Indians out) I have to boo the Red Sox & support the Rockies!     I hope the Rockies win tonight!

Where'd you go?  I went to Simmons for grad school.

I lived in Somerville during the 2004 post-season - I went outside after the final game and the entire city was screaming.
