What to take from Scotland

I'm (American) moving from Scotland to Germany in a few days and have been trying to think of things I should take with me that I can't get there. Ideas?

I love Germany and visit every chance i get! 

I cant really think of anything to advise you, as i've never lived there, so dont really know what they're lacking that we might have here in Scotland.  They've got better sausages, better cheese and better beer... and pretzels!   What more can you ask for?!
