I blame the Skippy thread for this.  ;)

As usual, it looks as though I'm the odd one out on most of these.  :-/ Except for glorious chocolate!  ;D

To clarify the fries question:

It was only recently that I realized that BK Fries are crispy on the outside, therefore I now prefer them to MCD fries
I am not crazy for the 'steak fries' that you get in restaurants in the US. I dont really like chippy/kebab shop chips that much, they are always not cooked right or too soggy. Homemade chips in the fryer or oven chips-now you're talking!

I dont like soggy chips; and thats all I found in any chip shop. My boyfriend makes excellent chips baked in the oven though. I like crispy on the outside, sof ton the inside- especially seasoned fries!

The BK ones are crispier because they are "double fried" meaning they get dunked in the oil, taken out for a bit and then re-dunked. YUMMY! We do this at home now with the frozen ones in the deep fat fryer....works a treat!  :D

I, too, don't like the fat steak fries or the chippy shop ones either. I need them nice and crispy/crunchy but not burned.  ;) The seasoned ones are ace!

Ugh! Blaaaaaaa!! Euwwwwww!!!  [smiley=puke.gif] Marmite....
However, my darling Man of Kent lurves it. What he can't understand is peanutbutter and jelly(jam) sandwiches. ;D

Yeah, why is it my man loves Marmite and won't touch peanut butter?

Marmite is yeast extract...and it taste like it sounds: an extract of yeast.....<shiver>
