when we hire a skip we have them pick it up within a few hours or else someone will chuck their crap in!
Well that's exactly what I've been on about -- good tips & a word to the wise for other unsuspecting peeps!

I doubt that I will say anything to my neighbour -- though it could come up in passing. Maybe I'll play dumb blonde & say 'Wow! I had
no idea that this thing happens...'

He's a good neighbour usually & his mum lives on the other side. Plus, he's one of our local butchers so I might get some good meat off him one day.

Still, if I see he has an open skip again out in his back garden, now that I know how things work...

(But I don't know if I could be that cheeky - I'd feel too guilty! And it's like the lady at work said -- you really
should ask if it's ok first, but people don't usually.)
