M&S do good smoothies (or at least they did).  But they're overpriced, but nice as a treat on occasion & usually on 3 for x offers.   ;D

I get a carton of Innocent smoothie every now & then - as a treat, usually when Morrisons is having a sale on them.  My favorite (and pretty much the only one I ever get) is the pineapple, banana & coconut one!

Y'all have me craving smoothies now! I'll have to get some things for one the next time I go to the store.  :)

My brother used to make a smoothie every day and he would always add some protein powder too. That was during his phase of idolizing Arnold Schwarzenegger.

That one is soooo the best!   ;D  Now I want an Innocent Smoothie!   >:(  Innocent also do a "cookbook" on how to make loads of different smoothies - I think it was about £10 last year at Christmastime, so maybe its cheaper now?
