thanks for the info, I like to make up a few batches of cookie dough then roll into a sausage shape, wrap with 'cling film' and then freeze.  An hour or so before the boys are due back from school I cut off a few slices then bake so they have freshly baked cookies for snack.  They have their favorites but it would be nice to do some others and the site you have provided it a great place to look.
