And so how am I ever to know
You only tell me

Coupling

I am the son and the heir
Of a shyness that is criminally vulgar
I am the son and heir
Of nothing in particular

Charmed?

Well the names have all changed since you hung around,
But those dreams have remained and they're turned around.

chary's   is Wecome Back, Kotter!! ;D ;D  realized today DH  had no idea  about that show..

My eyes are getting weary.  My back is getting tight.
I’m sitting here in traffic on the Queensborough Bridge tonight.
But I don’t care 'cause all I want to do
Is cash my check and drive right home to you.

Cause Baby, all my life, I will be driving home to you.

Laverne and Shirley

Every day when you're walking down the street
Everybody that you meet has an original point of view
And I say hey, what a wonderful kind of day
If we could learn to work and play and get along with each other

The sound of hoof beats 'cross the glade.
Good folk, lock up your son and daughter.
 Beware the deadly flashing blade,
Unless you want to end up shorter.

Black. His gloves of finest mole.
Black. His codpiece made of metal.
His horse is blacker than a hole.
His pot is blacker than his kettle

;D ;D ;D one of my favourite shows
its a far better thing i do than i have ever done

Black Adder

(I've known this one for days but couldn't think of my own show lyrics to add.  Well here goes...)

People let me tell you 'bout my best friend,
He's a warm hearted person who'll love me till the end.
People let me tell you bout my best friend,
He's a one boy cuddly toy, my up, my down, my pride and joy.

OK a hint:  the title sequence (as I remember it) is a man walking on a beach with a young boy on his shoulders

facts of life...

Don't be afraid of the world we made
On a hot summer night

'Cause when a long-legged lovely walks by
Yeah you can see the look in her eye
Then you know that it's

[Refrain]
Hot in the city, hot in the city tonight, tonight
Hot in the city, hot in the city tonight, tonight

Stranger, stranger

For all the dreams and schemes,
people are as they seem
On a hot summer night
Don't be no fun, don't forget you're young
On a hot summer night
