Expensive groceries at our local gourmet market.  Luckily they were very much appreciated by the dinner guests.

Vera Wang denim capris that were originally $48 and with discounts I got them for under $25. And they're a perfect fit! :D

A really cute dress in the Gap sale for the 12 year old to wear over her swimsuit when she goes to the Lido this summer.

A guitar on Denmark street, just got to learn how to play it now! :)
Also a new Eastpak rolling suitcase (so cool!), 2 pairs of shoes in the office sale (hopefully NOT hideous), and loads of stuff from Lush (it's payday, so today rich but now poor for the next four weeks :D )

Craft stuff from Michael's, lunch at McD's, and ice cream for the boys at Brusters.
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

After two years of trying (looooong story) we finally bought DH a new pair of glasses.  Too bad they won't be in for another two weeks!
