Cosmetics--very rare for me indeed!  I got some red red matte retro lipstick (haven't bought lipstick in years) and liquid eyeliner (hope I have the skill to apply it); haven't worn eyeliner in about 15 years--time to glam things up a bit!  Also hot pink and red nail polish for my toes.

Ooh, which lipstick is it?  I've been looking for some of that.

Benefit full-finish lipstick.  The colour is Flirt Alert.  It's matte, but more on the cool red side rather than a true retro orange-y red.

A super cool full-length vintage mirror from a charity shop.  Have already sanded the base down for painting.

I also picked up two books and a DVD at the library, but they were free!!!

Some birthday cards, a crazy little owl purse for a friend, hair dye, a fresh mushroom quiche, cat litter, a bunch of books from a charity shop and some Nytol.

diapers.
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon
