I have coffee in the AM at home, so my standard order from Starbucks this holiday season is:

Tall Nonfat Steamer with Sugar Free Gingerbread

HEAVEN!

I have to admit....I had a chai latte made once with no water and it was undrinkable.

it's not undrinkable, cos I drink it almost every day!  ;)   ;)

It is.
With whatever flavour you want to add.

When I lived in the US (Boston) I had them a lot.

at Starbucks, a tall chai latte, with no water.

Thanks to those who taught me about the 'no water' thing!   :)

my only complaint with the starbucks chai is this weird "scratchy" flavor- on the back of my throat.  when i make chai from scratch it never does this.

i used to drink a lot of vanilla stamer.  or hot skinny milk w/ honey.

My coffee order varies widely, depending on mood.  I do always get 'fancy' drinks whenever I go, because after working in restaurants for years where I got free, unlimited filter coffee, I refuse to pay anything 'normal' that I can get/make at home.  Therefore, when I treat myself to Starbucks/similar, it is a real treat, not an average coffee (I also don't drink that much plain coffee period).

My old standard was a grande white chocolate mocha with extra shot (regular is TOO sweet), but now I typically go for a peppermint mocha or chai latte (no water), depending on my level of caffeine preferred :).

During Christmas, though, it's almost always a seasonal drink!  Eggnog lattes are fabulous, but I'd like to give the crème brulee a chance.  I miss the 'peppermint mocha' of the US, but a regular mocha with peppermint syrup accomplishes the same year round!

Depending on where I'm temping, I visit Starbucks maybe twice a month.  It's been more often lately because a) the weather; b) having one just across the street!

Oh yes the Starbucks Eggnog Latte's rule!
But ordinarily I get a decaf skinny wet latte  ::)

Where do you get these in the UK? The Starbucks in Bath doesn't offer them.  :\\\'(  It gives me something to look forward to when I'm in the States for Christmas. I either have a skinny latte or skinny mocha. If I want to mix it up, skinny chai. The Starbucks here does have cinnamon dolce lattes seasonally, so I get a skinny one when they have them. You think with all these skinny drinks, I'd actually be skinny!  :P
I had the pumpkin latte back home but i'm just down the road from you in Swindon and I asked if they were doing them and they said no, but assured me they'd be doing gingerbread, toffee, and peppermint lattes for xmas.  I can't imagine a Swindon Starbucks would do that over the Bath one.....I would try again in a week or so.

Wet latte's are basically watered down lattes - they do a mixture of milk & water.  :-X

Yummm, Pumpkin lattes!  I want one of them too!  Unfortunately they don't do them in the UK at all.  Maybe if we go to Starbucks with a petition they'll do it next year?   :D  I think the Cinnamon Dolce Lattes are part of the seasonal drinks selection if I remember right from the past couple of years.   :-\\\\  You may just need to wait a bit longer for it to come to your Starbucks.  Plus, doesn't help if you've asked someone new that's not familiar with the yearly specials.   ;)

I  get a latte.  If it's starbucks, I just get filtre coffee.  I think they've watered down their coffee recently.  It's not as strong as it used to be.

I'm looking forward to Eggnog lattes though! but I'll need an extra shot at starbucks.

I soooo miss Eggnog Latte's & would love it if my Dad & sis could bring one over for me for Christmas!   :\\\'(  Over here the seasonal Lattes are Gingerbread & Crème Brûlée.  Has anyone tried the Crème Brûlée is it any good?   :-\\\\

But all the Starbucks around here (i.e. London) are doing the eggnog latte!?

Is the Starbucks eggnog latte only available in London this year? Where do you live?

Pumpkin lattes sound lush!

Whoops, I did the above post wrong! Still figuring out how to quote someone on this board....

I was wondering if the sugar free gingerbread was at UK or US Starbucks?
