How is House prices in your area ?

Well it looks nice inside.  That's about it though.  With that much cash I'd want 10 acres and a 6 car garage at least.  If you like a big home with all the amenities, UK is not the place. 

For this price, i'd have expected, no demanded at LEAST a 3 car garage and at least 50 metres away from the next house!

No way, he wants his neighbors so close they can peer through their windows and see his £50,000 front door, £100,000 fireplace, and £750,000 staircase.

So if he sold all his assets and put the cash into a simple bank account earning 5% he would make £162,500,000 per year, or just a measly £100 million after taxes.

That is one hideous McMansion! 

For that amount of money i'd expect something a little less tacky!
