I only mailed mine today, so Elynor and Lindy should get their cookies on Monday.

I was ill and busy with work, which is my sad excuse for not doing it earlier.  Sorry guys!

I'm still missing a batch too I'm afraid. I am sure it's Royal Mail's fault. Figures. Whenever I really want something, that's the parcel that gets lost

Did you receive my cookies?  We sent them Monday 31 December 2007.  I am really sorry but I was very ill and just did not have the energy to fight the postal crowds.

Still didn't get them. I would bet they are at the sorting office. I hope to try and check tomorrow otherwise it will have to wait until Monday. Don't worry. I was ill as well and got mine out late

We got them this morning, actually!  Amazing, especially considering we were bogged down with snow yesterday. I guess I have to take back some of the snarky things I've been thinking about the Royal Mail.

And they are delicious, by the way! We were into them before breakfast.  Thanks!!!

I didn't realise you haven't received mine!! I sent them out the day I posted I was heading down to do so or the day after...I just went to the post office to enquire if anything had been returned and they said that items from all over the IOM that had been posted out across hadn't turned up!?

I will make some more and get them posted out to you the beginning of the week.

Wow, seems like the mail both here and in the US is in dire shape this holiday! MeShell, don't worry about it. I'm happy to wait and see if they turn up! But to answer your question, no allergies so whatever they are I'll eat them!

phew this was HARD!! After making and EATING four batches of cookies I was able to get these damn things out to my folks!!   I am soooo very sorry for the lateness.  We just couldn't stop eating them.  It would start innocently enough just one here and there then I would realize we'd eaten too many and had to make another batch- ooooh what a slippery slope!!  Thank god I was sick this christmas and didn't eat for a few day- I think I gained 5lbs because of the cookies!   T

I did also finally get my cookies from Hopster- unfortunately they'd been sitting in the post office since the 20th!  The cookie part was a little (a lot) hard but that didn't stop me from nibbling off all the chocolate on top.
