Yummy veggie festive dish!
« on: December 09, 2007, 02:16:04 PM »
I can't find the post now but someone mentioned a recipe they had seen in the current tesco mag for a nice veggie roast. Anyway I got the mag and the recipe for the Morrocan Vegetable Nut Roast does indeed look delicious. I think I am actually going to make it, although on a smaller scale because the recipe is for 10 people!

The recipe & pic are here if anyone is interested:

That looks great! I'd have to 1/2 the recipe as well, so let me know how yours turns out.

Perfect!  I am having a veggie for Christmas dinner so I want to serve him something special.  This looks really good.

Anyone have any other fancy vegetarian dishes?

I want to surprise DH with a nice meal, but don't know what to make!
