What paperwork should I bring to Paris?
« on: December 10, 2007, 01:41:32 PM »
I'm going to Paris, France at the end of the week. What documents do I need to bring if I'm living in the UK and am here on a work permit

likewise,

I'm going back to the states for christmas with the bf... what should I have then? I'm assuming the boyfriend just needs his passport?

thanks,
jo

if you're living here on a work permit, you just need your passport to come in/out country.  no need for bank statements, work letter, orginal HO letter, etc...
If you harbour bitterness, happiness will dock elsewhere.

Yep, your passport is just fine provided that your permit is current.

When you re-enter the UK they may ask if you are still working at the same job.
