American-style candy canes or starlight peppermints?
« on: December 13, 2007, 07:18:34 PM »
Anyone seen any around anywhere? I know you can get the candy canes this time of year but not sure where. I've seen them in the past and am heading out this weekend to try to find some for some Christmas baking. I really want the red/white type - worst case scenario I know I can get the flavor from imperial mints.
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

For the candy canes, I saw some at Wilkonson's recently. I also might have seen them at a little factory card market/odds and ends store. Are you making chocolate candy cane bark? yummm

They have them at Starbucks, Whittards, and Borders.  But they are only sold individually and are really expensive.

Look in Superdrug, Wilkies, Woolies, Sainsburys, etc.  They're all over.
