So once the initial 12-month lease ends, you're automatically on a month-to-month as I understand it. Can the landlord raise the rent at any time after this? Is there any kind of notice required to do this? We're on a standard AST contract that the landlord bought from WHSmith or similar, so it's very basic & standard with no fancy clauses.
