Help visas

Me and my partner have talked about him moving here, questions is best way for visas , ,I  am currently not working as  am a registered carer of my son so would the best way for the support issue be to prove that he has a job to come to,he  works in a pretty specialised field and we know he can find work here with out any problems.Would there be a minimum wage he would have to prove will earn to prove no drain on the state,  w e will  be a family of 7 kids  and 2 adults as plan is to bring his  3 children as well.
Also longshot this one would his ex wife be able to come to the UK as well  so they could both be near the children , what kinda visa would she need to apply for ?.

The ex would need to show that the children are normally resident in the UK.  And as I read what you wrote, they are not, so a single parent visa application would fail.  Bottom Line:  She would need to wait for a year or so until the children were normally resident.


In the interim, she can visit them.  Nothing prevents that.

ty  so after a year she should be able to  file  for a visa to join the children in the uk  , know odd way of doing things but  were trying  to do best by the children ,and for that really means ideally both parents same country     and we rather settle here than me  move there with mine due to medical issues

I'm not sure how the system works, but I think you're supposed to go over to the welcome wagon and make a brief bio/intro.  Porting in three kids on a spousal and the sponsor doesn't work, you'll probably be spending some time here and people in similar straights could help if they knew the background...
