Sweetened Condensed Milk

I've got four cans of sweetened condensed milk from work that are about to go off their use by date.  What can I make?

Geeta might know this but I think condensed milk is used in making some Indian sweets. I tried making some Barfi a few years ago and I'm sure it had condensed milk in it.

I'll PM you a great recipe for it....

You can also do a quickie fudge with condensed milk that doesn't require boiling...

I make a mean mango kulfi that has condensed milk in it!  :)
