Free workout/online weight loss resources?

I'm looking for some type of free online (or not online!) weight loss/diet/exercise support. I would love to join weight watchers or something similar to it, however I am on a tight budget at the moment and that's just not an option. Any suggestions? Thanks!

What about local community centres or notice boards at super markets for local groups? Try your council, as they may have schemes.

Seconding sparkpeople.com (though a lot of people swear by fitday.com also). I lost 46 pounds with SP in 2006 and I've kept it all off for a year, too. :)

March 09 - Citizenship!
July 09 - bone marrow transplant :(
18 Sep 10 - wedding!
Mar 12 - half marathon in Paris! 1:47:12!
Oct 12 - Amsterdam FULL marathon! 3:48:23!
