counseling during visit w/out being on NHS

Hi - I'm trying to gather a little bit of info on the possibility of seeing a counselor while I'm visiting my FH in London. I'll be going on a regular visitor's visa. I obviously will not be on the NHS: do I have *any* options as far as seeing someone (ex. pay-per-session, etc.)?

You should be able to do pay-per-session.

Before I was covered by the NHS, I was in contact with a few doctors. They weren't able to do what I needed (prescribe medications), but they would have been able to do therapy sessions for me.
