Good grief.

Stoopid is right. That or it was a case of those who liked him got complacent and didn't vote.

I'm not sure I'm going to want to watch much now!
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

I'm so glad I tape AI. AI gives back...well I'm sure it was for a good cause but I have to say I skipped over most of it! Though I thought the Billy Crystal/Miley Cyrus thing was cute.

Yeah...scary result!!  :o  I think the fans got complacent. That's too bad.

Oh!! And for once I absolutely LOVED Jason Castro...hooray for the uke! That was my first instrument.  :)  But I actually liked Kristy this week so I'm not sure what that says!

How did everyone like the Band From TV? I'm not a Teri Hatcher fan, but I thought Greg Grunberg was great on drums, and Jesse Spencer on violin? Who knew?  ;D Hugh Laurie is supposed to play keyboards, but I didn't see him.

I will miss Mr Johns. I thought he took a real risk with Dream On and did a pretty good job. Stoopid voters.

Sigh. Not happy. Don't agree.

But....

I didn't think he was very good.

I really, really cannot figure out how he was voted off.  Yes, it wasn't his best performance, but it wasn't horrible either.  He was so much better than that little Muppet who butchered Robbie Williams.  Not to mention David Cook's horrible performance.  It just doesn't make sense.

*sigh*

And next week is Mariah Carey week.  God help us all.

Oh, god. I'll bet Syesha is already drooling in anticipation.

Edited because I'm getting my AI contestants mixed up with my ANTM contestants!

Well, Kristi Lee was starting to grow on me, but still, what she did to Eight Days A Week was unforgivable. It was her time to go.
I'm really a fan of David Cook now, but I still love Dreadboy.
What's next weeks theme?

David Cook kicked ass this week!

I'm so glad they went old-school Mariah.  I have not liked any of her stuff in years.

Not sure of the theme, but I hope it's good.

Oh, God.  You just KNOW Brooke is going to sing "Everything's Alright". :P

Who's gonna murder "Don't Cry For Me Argentina"?  Syesha or Carly?  Hee.

I just want to hear someone do "Midnight ... and the kitties are sleeping..."

Oh, and how much do you bet that Archipelago kid does "The Music of the Night"?

Hey, Ms Normal, do you have the link to that Simon Cowell interview? Or do remember roughly where it was so I can look for it?
