I adore dark chocolate, esp if it is covering some nice fruit!

I don't like dark chocolate, but those of you who do might like to try Montezumas:

they do a dark choc with chilli that's quite nice (although i prefer the milk choc with nutmeg!)

I've had their dark choc with chilli and it is nice!  :)

I'm another lover of it.

I have a Green & Blacks 70% in my cupboard to nibble on. That bar actually came with a free taster bar of the one with cherries. Haven't eaten it yet, though.

I haven't done much exploring of what's available over here, but in the States, I used to love trying new varieties. When I worked in NYC, everyone knew that I'd always have a couple high-quality bars in my desk (along with a big jar of M&Ms, to stave off the less serious people), and a few coworkers would come to me begging for a square. There were many times I felt like a crack dealer.

Some of my favourite chocolates are:

Cocoa Loco (they do lovely dark chocolate dipped mango and other fruit - but I think are only available online)
Rococo (they have some incredible flavour combinations, such as orange/geranium, basil/lime, Earl Grey and lavender)
Melt (amazing and very beautiful ... but expensive)
l'Artisan du Chocolat (really really good chocolate from Madagascar, Peru, the Dominican Republic and Venezuela - as well as some cool flavours, such as violet or tonka beans)

I think I just died and went to heaven.  We broke into the 70% dark chockie bar tonight, absolutely amazing.  So smooth, only two ingredients in it are cocoa & sugar.  I will be buying more Montezuma's thats for sure!

I'm another dark chocolate lover, it all started with my first Hershey's Miniature Special Dark bar when I was a kid and that is still my favorite, along with the dark chocolate Milky Way.  Trader Joe's has awesome dark chocolate covered pretzels.  Great, while typing this and getting a craving for some, I realize there is no chocolate whatsoever in the house.   :P

I just made these brownies today for dessert tonight.  I used 85% dark chockie Lindt bars. The house smells like chocolate heaven!
