Here's a strange one...
« on: January 28, 2008, 08:20:12 PM »
What is the brand name of the dried pasta that comes in the red and blue box? It's not Mueller's, it's not Barilla....I can see the box, but can't pull the name. I know they sell it in Pennsylvania, but not sure if it's a nationwide thing. I need it because I think when I made a very easy lasagna recipe, I used the one off the back of that box. I was going to google the company to see if I can get that recipe. I don't feel very adventurous and I know this one is good.

It was worth a try. ;)

Have you tried a grocery store website?  If you know any in your old area that deliver, you could suss it out there.

Sorry, is it a US or UK box? I'm assuming US...
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

I tried! But I had to register with the site and I didn't want to get into all that.

Yeah, it's US.

Well, there's Creamette, but their boxes are green...

Ooh!  What about Ronzoni?

Just had a look at the 2 above web sites. Looks like they are owned by the same company - Borden I think - and they both have a recipe for easy lasagne.

Nooo....but Ronzoni was a good guess. I'd forgotten about them.

The box is mostly red, with blue accents. Thanks for all your suggestions! I guess I can piece together a recipe from other easy ones. I have a general idea, so I could probably come up with something.

LOL! That's how I came up with Prince! I looked at the home delivery stuff for Stop & Shop!
