Pinto Beans, Nottinghamshire, or Derbyshire (dried not canned)

Just a note to add to this lovely thread...

For any Leeds peeps, there's a fab organic health food store right across Vicar Lane from the Corn Exchange & they have.....YES!  Dried organic pinto beans.  Also dried organic black beans.  A 500g bag of the black beans is about £1.25, and the pinto beans were £1.50.  I bought some today!  Nice store with lots of variety of many things (organic, free trade, eco-friendly, etc...) - lots of different pulses, and they also have a little deli counter in there as well.  I forget what the store is called & I meant to remember.

Hey, I remember seeing that shop! We didn't go in, though--glad to know it's nice!
