This thread was started in Feb 2008 was resolved last year! They got a fiance visa & got married last year and he's got his FLR(M)...sometime it pays to read the thread...IMHO this thread should be locked since it is that old and most information is not relevant to the current Fiance visa rules (such as having to be 21 & older).
