A late holiday letter and family photo from a friend in the US--and the cool thing was she spaced out and only put a normal US stamp on it, popped it in the mailbox and it *still* only took 6 days from AZ to the UK!
Met husband-to-be in Ireland July 2006
Married October 2007
Became a British citizen 21 July 2011
Separated from husband August 2014
Off on an Irish adventure October 2014

I have wanted it for 4 years but it always went for a stupid amount of money on ebay I got it for the half the price it usually has been going for.   ;D  [smiley=2thumbsup.gif] & a present for Valentines Day Dh got me but he hid it before I could see what it was.

Yes!  A check.  A REALLY funny card from the 19 year old.  And a portfolio appt. for the 18 year old from a Uni she's applied to.

I got a free measuring cup/scoop (marked in ml) called a 'dosing cup' that I ordered off this website:

http://www.bold2in1.co.uk/en_UK/laundry_dosing_order.htm

(for measuring laundry detergent)

Not very exciting but it was free!

A couple of Magazines
A Mini London A to Z
The Un-official guide to Disney World with Kids. (On recommendation from a friend)
And a few things I ordered on ebay
Not bad for having to wait almost a week.

I haven't had any post for a week because the postie always comes when everyone in the building is at work, so there's never anyone to buzz him in the security door!  :\\\'(

That's ridiculous!  Shouldn't he have a key to the front door?
