Too many minstrels...

Back in the 70's USA we used to have a 'Marathon' bar which is exactly the same as a Cadbury Curly Whirly. Anyone remember old Marathon bars?

We had Wig Wags in Canada! I'm pretty sure they were the same as Marathons. I still even remember the commercials!

A few years back (here in the US) they replaced the Mars Bar with Snickers Almond. It's not bad..just not the same. I loved Mars Bars.

I have a box of mini Charleston Chews in the fridge right now that I brought back with us from our last trip home to the States.

and to make it worse, our UK Milky Ways are called 3 Musketeers in the US, and UK Mars Bars are called Milky Way in the US!

?YES that's right! I love Mars bars here but the Mars bars in the US are different. I just couldn't make the connection between them all.
