Tortelloni

Ooh boy this is gonna come out sounding daft, but here goes. If you have fresh lasagna sheets (purchased at say, Tesco,) can you cut them down and use them to wrap tortelloni or are they too thick to use for that purpose?
And if you threw a party
Invited everyone you knew
You would see the biggest gift would be from me
And the card attached would say
"Thank you for being a friend!"

I tried to use the fresh lasagna sheets for ravioli once, and they were not only too thick but far too stiff. Won ton wrappers, however, work pretty well.
