Last year, in addition to the income from my regular job, I earned about £50 working as a film extra here in the UK. It was reported to HMRC - I have a payslip with my nathional insurance number - although it wasn't enough for me to pay any UK taxes.  It did not bring my total foreign earned income over the exclusion allowance.

I would like to do the right thing and report it to the IRS, but the 2555 form provides a space for the name and address of only one employer.

As it wouldn't affect my tax liability, should I just not let the IRS know about the work as an extra? Else, how should I fill out the form?

I am sure I am not the only American living in a foreign country who has had more than one job over the course of the year. What do they/should they do? What if the amount of money earned from both jobs is significant?

Professor Potts,

Just chuck the total from the £50 x £2.002 = $100 in with the rest of your 2555 and line 7 income.  No need to list such a minor bit of additonal pay.
