US passport photos near US embassy.

I know this has been talked about a million times and I apologize for not paying attention but can someone please point me in the direction of the nearest, best place to have these done.

Phooey! I can't recall the name of the place but it is literally about a block away. It's a pharmcy. Next door to a restaurant. The staff there have told me to go there both times I've needed pics done. And they are a helluva lot cheaper than Snappy Snaps which I just had to use the other day.

I had to have my passport replaced (lost by the Post Office!) in September.  I used Passport Photo Service.  They are at 449 Oxford Street, just a couple of blocks from the Embassy.  Telephone is 020 7629 8540.  Website is www.passportphoto.co.uk.

They do a really nice job, I actually like my passport photo, and they are open before the Embassy opens.
