I had gas

MAN .
 I got back from London on friday. ( sad day and i want to post my story  but i dont know where)
 anyway. OMG i love it there so much.
 HOWEVer i had the worst gas ever. What causes that? Did anyone else have some gas issues with the food? i was there 5 days and i had gaaaaaaaaas.
   i know its not lady like but damn..  maybe i can bring tums with me next time.
the food was good but gosh..

    The change of diet and they way things are cooked differently would be the cause.   I had the same probs here when i came to live in the US

 ;D  oh thank u! i thought i was dying. I was so embarrased. Maybe it is how things are prepared. I ate mcdonald's and i had some toast. and i had some chineese food and uh..  thats really it. i had some home cooked meals from his mom. YUMMY.

Fast food over here gets me every time.  I think McDonald's and Burger King, etc., use a different type of cooking oil or something  because I always feel like complete crap after I eat it.  But will that stop me?  Probably not!  :-)

Make sure you take some GasX with you next time or buy some Deflatine/Windeze there.  I just love the names of anti-gas pills!

thanks i will remember that because i swear i was looking all over the place at BOOTs for SOMETHINg. Alkaseltzer woulda been to much cos then i woulda been burping all over the place and thats just not it.
  YEAH it musta beenMcDonald's but it taset so good.

do not worry ladymoonwalker...  I had the same exact problem on my first couple visits...  was not use to the dietary differences I guess...  when I moved here, it was the same for about 2 months...now all is settled and in working order again...LOL
