Yes!  Belita posted a recipe somewhere and when someone (I want to say... Meg?) blogged about it, a rep from Auntie Anne's commented on her blog.  No clue where it was, though.....

Here's where Belita posted her recipe: http://talk.uk-yankee.com/index.php?topic=31262.msg563331#msg563331

And it was Mort who got the comment from the Auntie Anne's person. That was somewhere in UP.

 :)

Yeah, Belita's recipe was amazingly close in taste too, especially when considering it had only 4 ingredients and was completely and tottaly Mort-proof. ;D

In Derry and around the area there is only just one and it opened 2 weeks ago. Not all of us are lucky enough to have a civilisation ;)
Hey, I went to high school in a town without a Taco Bell. I know about lack of civilisation! ;D

I'll pack up a few excess Starbucks and send them your way. ;)

Yeah, I just kept making pretzels everytime the subject came up and posting about them on the "what's the last thing you baked?" thread. :)  Speaking of which:

At least I knew their name started with an M!  Sorry, Mort.  Didn't mean to give someone else credit. ;)

And Meg?  When are you going to open up your pretzel stand?  Mmm.

Aha!  THAT'S how I'll lure folks to Redcar!

Now if I could just figure out how to make Chick-fil-A chicken biscuits....

When you do, please post the recipe. Then I'll make it, blog about it and then maybe they'll read it and agree to open a UK branch. ;D

I'm telling you.  The day that I open the first UK SuperTarget with a Chick-fil-A inside will be the day that I become at once the richest and the happiest woman alive.   ;D

I'm serious when I say I have contemplated opening up some sort of a bakery or something. I am tired of this Cuisine De France stuff. Doesn't anyone in this country know how to bake other than me? Weird. For now, they're all for me :P
