IRS Form 2555 - Exchange rates for UK£'s to US$'s

Where can I find the exchange rates acceptable for converting UK£'s to US$'s in regards to Form 2555? TIA

I know for going the other way you need OANDA http://www.oanda.com/convert/classic I assume that this is what most countries use.

That says $2.0018 to £1 for 2007.
